Shall I Delete Their Numbers Or Keep Them?

I have alot of phone numbers on my mobile phone and I realized if I was ever in trouble I couldn’t really turn to any of them for help. What should I do? delete them? I still feel like don’t delete them….what if I need them in an emergency? But they’d probably let me down anyway….
I’ve tried hard to keep in touch with them but they ignore me and make me feel sad….they use me and only ask for help when they want….and I’m so gullible….cant see past their fakeness and help them…when they can never help me….
